We re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers successfully adopt our products and expand the value they get from our product/solutions.

 

We are looking for a person who thrives supporting customers in a high-volume environment, has experience onboarding customers, enjoys assisting customers to successfully adopt technology, and enjoys generating revenue by cross selling and upselling.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver leadership to the highest possible standards on all loyalty/CRM related activity to the account: both thought and execution leadership is sought.
  • Assist customers to adopt our technology, by answering their questions and directing them to appropriate educational and support resources.
  • Improve scalability with well-targeted one-to-many communications with customers.
  • Liaise directly with the client, including when required with the senior management
  • Convey progress on the account including presenting to the client periodically on achievements and growth.
  • Build case studies that can be used both with the client and within the organization to demonstrate the effects of loyalty and working with the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your customers.
  • Identify and quantify key factors for success of your customers, and develop programs to meet those criteria.
  • Programmatically provide regular communications.
  • Communicate common enhancement requests effectively, to influence the product roadmap.
  • Track customer progress, and communicate accurate status for your customers.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience working in customer-facing roles
  • Managed a team of min 3 Customer Success
  • 3+ years of experience in ORM or similar services
  • Eye for details and very strong execution and operational skills
  • Good relationship builder with polish and gravitas
  • Available to join immediately
  • Candidate should be from Mumbai location

    Our ask is for a person who thrives supporting customers in a high-energy environment, has experience onboarding customers, maintains thorough understanding of the platform, enjoys assisting customers to successfully adopt technology, capability to manage a team and enjoys generating revenue by cross-selling and upselling.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Supervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction
    • Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
    • Share milestones and achievements with the senior teams at client end and internally
    • Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
    • Assist customers to adopt our technology, by answering their questions and directing     them to appropriate educational and support resources
    • Use client feedback to improve customer experience
    • Improve scalability with well-targeted one-to-many communications with customers
    • Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the internal team
    • Build case studies that can be used both with the client and within the organization to demonstrate the effects of loyalty and working with the organization.
    • Communicate common enhancement requests effectively, to influence the product roadmap
    • Regular proactive communications to Track customer progress, and provide accurate status for your customer

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 2 to 4 years of experience working in customer-facing roles
    • 3+ years of experience in ORM or similar services
    • Eye for details and very strong execution and operational skills
    • Good relationship builder with polish and gravitas
    • Hands-on experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS powerpoint)
    • Team management skills
    • Strong analytical and organization skills
    • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
    • Available to join immediately
    • The candidate should be from Mumbai Location
