- Good Communication Skills (Spoken and Written).
- He/She should be Technically sound.
- Experience in client interaction.
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms like Facebook,Twitter,Instagram (What are Public tweets,@mentions,DMs,keywords,Search Engine etc).
- SQL knowledge would be an added advantage (Basic queries like Select,Update,Insert, to run Procedures).
- Sort Client queries proactively.
- Requirement gathering.
- Follow up with clients regarding issues and its status.
- Prioritize your work.
- Follow the timelines shared with clients and as per that push the team to get the work done.
- Maintaining a bug sheet faced by clients and understand the reason of resolution.
- Notify all the clients regarding all the new features/upgrades happening in the tool.
- He/she should be aware of all the API changes made.
- Setting up an account.
