We need a Dynamic individual who is ready to take on the challenging role of driving sales for our Customer Experience Management Suite. We are looking for a hands-on person who is well versed in selling Chat bot, SaaS services(B2B Sales), understands Customer Engagement, Analytic and is comfortable learning new technology.

 

We require someone with a go-getter attitude, who is self-driven and is willing to identify, engage and acquire customers. Initially it will be an Individual contributor role. Eventually, the person will have to develop a team of Sales for Chat Bot Vertical

  • Handle Chat bot vertical, Global Sales
  • Work with Top Management and build up strategy for ChatBot Sales.
  • Explore various geography and industry.
  • Generating new business 
  • Identify sales leads, pitch to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and Providing product demonstrations 
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Providing management with feedback

Requirement:

  • Good Communication and Analytical Skills
  • min 4 years’ experience in CX platform, SaaS B2B sales.
  • Candidates should be from Mumbai Location only

    Responsibilities:

    • Generating new business and achieving targets in predefined territory
    • Identifying and influencing decision makers and key stakeholders as such CXOs, CMOs, CEO, CTO etc. by informing about the Product Value addition
    • Identify salesleads, pitch to new clients, product demo
    • Create trial account for the prospects if required
    • Making proposals and ensuring the closure of deal
    • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
    • Participate in Events and Webinars to build contacts with the Prospect/Clients
    • Updating the CRM on real time basis
    • Identify new channels for Product Selling

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Graduate/MBA in Marketing/Business Analysts/International Business
    • Young/energetic and dynamic sales professional
    • Experience with digital marketing ecosystem or sold social/ Automation platforms
    • A deep understanding of sales and marketing principles
    • Good communication skills
    • A positive attitude
    • Negotiation skills
    • Plenty of initiative
    • Team player
